FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Below are answers to some of the most common questions about working with me, my approach, and how sessions and mentorship are structured. This is designed to help you feel informed, supported, and clear before booking or starting your journey.

How to book a session?

All new clients begin with a spiritual consult, a brief meeting to align intentions and energy before scheduling a full session. Your first session will be scheduled at the time of consult. I usually suggest 2–3 months between sessions for integration, unless we’re in an ongoing mentorship container.

How long have you been doing this work?

I’ve been walking this path for 8 years professionally, with roots in a healing family lineage. I was raised by my grandmother, who offered healings in our home from 2004-2012. My work unfolds through lived experience, devotion, and supporting others through deep spiritual awakenings.

What training informs your work?

My work is shaped by:

  • Death doula and psychedelic facilitation certifications

  • BSc in Psychology and 10+ years in beauty, wellness and mental health

  • Experience at one of Austin’s first psychedelic clinics, supporting grief and integration work

  • Creative work across performance, movement, design, fashion, styling, theater, and productions

Who do you work with?

Clients seeking support around:

  • Spiritual growth or awakening

  • Ancestral healing and creative development

  • Intuitive/psychic development

  • Life transitions, grief, or integration of spiritual experiences

Clients come from diverse backgrounds and belief systems.

Why did your rates change?

Rates reflect the depth and quality of support I offer, including years of professional experience, extensive preparation, personalized session design, and ongoing integration guidance. This ensures that each session is intentional, safe, and deeply supportive of your unique process. Clients who booked prior to February 2026 are grandmothered into earlier rates, and sliding scale options remain available for BIPOC clients to ensure access (upon request).

Do you offer mentorship?

Mentorship offers a deeper, ongoing container for support. It typically includes regularly scheduled sessions, with optional between-session support for reflection, integration, and guidance as needed. Mentorship is fully customized to your goals, capacity, and pace, allowing the work to unfold over time with continuity, accountability, and care.

Do you work with groups?

Group offerings and classes are not ongoing and are offered intentionally. These may include workshops, circles, or short series focused on integration, spiritual development, creativity, or embodiment. Updates are shared via email and social platforms when offerings become available.
